Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Wizeb Voice AI website and services (the “Service”) operated by Wizeb (“we”, “us”, “our”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Wizeb Voice AI provides AI-powered voice and chat agents for businesses. Agents are configured and deployed by our team. Certain settings — such as voice, language and knowledge-base content — may be managed by you from your dashboard, while core configuration remains managed by us.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing and overages
- Plans are billed on a prepaid monthly basis through our payment processor, Razorpay.
- Each plan includes a monthly allowance of voice minutes and chat sessions.
- Usage beyond your allowance is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis (extra voice at ₹15 per minute and extra chat from ₹1 per session, or as otherwise stated for your plan).
- Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Prepaid fees and consumed usage are non-refundable except where required by law. Setup and professional-services fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes, or in violation of applicable telecommunications, marketing or data-protection laws. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record or process conversations.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software and content, is owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide; you grant us a licence to use it solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Enterprise plans may include a separate service-level agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
